Due to corona virus epidemic we asked the hotel to cancel our booking as everything in Italy was shut down. The hotel staff bluntly refused to do a refund our booking . It was my mistake that while booking I did not checked if it is non refundable but in these circumstances we expect the hotels to be considerate .

Great location, small super market a few steps away, restaurants for a late meal near by, cute little outdoor bar few steps away, and the hotel itself was outstanding. Great customer service, and great breakfast bar. Would absolutely stay there again!
