This hotel is amazing!!!! The refurbishment has been done so well, the location is perfect, it’s so peaceful but so close to everything. We felt so lucky to stay here. Carlos is the bar was superb, I watched him make a drink for another guest and so much effort went into it, he was polite, engaging and attentive. Amazing location at the heart of Venice and minutes from St Marks square. Beautiful Venetian art style, without being over the top like some. Intimate boutique-type hotel rather than grand palace. Gondola stop right outside, book at reception to be whisked straight to the front of the line and/or pop in to the St Regis next door for a sundowner by the Grand Canal! Wonderful stay.

Room was spotless, absolutely charming, clean and spacious! Plenty of space with kitchen. Booked 2 rooms with their own separate bath/showers - so complete privacy. Air conditioning was really a true blessing considering it was around 32-34 degrees in Venice ( August ). Property smelled really good and refreshes you after a long day of walking

Comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. It would have been difficult to find had I not watched the Limelight Arts Travel Hotel Codega video on YouTube. It gives excellent directions from the Rialto Alilaguna stop.

One of the best places that I've stayed. The apartment was lovely and well equiped. It has clearly been recently renovated to a very high standard. The location was great for getting out to explore Venice whilst feeling quiet and secluded at the same time. The canal view really adds to ilthe stay. My children loved watching and waving to the gondolas as they passed. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great location, friendly staff, personal attention, quirky comfortable room. Breakfast overlooking the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge was a big treat. I hope to visit again!

Great hotel with helpful staff. Room was just as hoped, very modern & clean, whilst maintaining authentic old characteristics of original building. Very easy to get to from St Angelo water bus stop and 5-10mins max walking distance from San Marco Piazza-great location. Fantastic breakfast included served from 8-11am, perfect for those needing to catch up on sleep & not miss breakfast! Definitely worth staying!

I have never written a review before, but my daughter and I fell in love with this hotel. Its location is fantastic, but it was the outstanding staff and level of service which stood out. Anyone looking for a beautiful hotel with a wonderful ambience within easy walking distance of all Venice’s sights doesn’t need to look any further! Great music playing too.

Had everything you could want, we stayed in the top floor and had the roof terrace. No issues, staff helpful and apartment very comfortable

This was our first trip to Venice and we can't wait to go back! The accommodation was perfect - comfortable, modern, spacious - and perfectly located for everything we wanted to do. No view, in fact very little natural light, but a quiet haven in the midst of the market and just a stone's throw from the Grand Canal. Just lovely.

Amazing apartment in a great location. V clean and tidy. Valentina was very helpful with tips and suggestions. Highly recommended. If I had to gripe about anything it would be that mosquitoes were too abundant but not sure they could have done anything about that.

Excellent location, lovely breakfast prepared, spotlessly clean, lovely room. Well looked after by the owner, couldn't fault a thing.
