"This was the best hotel I've probably ever stayed at. The service alone and all of the staff members were impeccable, and the concierge had the best recommendations for us and arranged our dinner reservations on our behalf, which were perfect. Big shoutout to Nicola at the front desk! The design of the hotel was absolutely beautiful, whoever was in charge of the renovations did a fabulous job, and the location was super convenient and safe. Highly recommend, I will definitely be staying here...

10/10 Excellent
"We liked the traditional Venetian style of this hotel. The staff were exceptional in the way they treated & informed us of local transport & dinning options.
We loved the central location."
"Excellent location for walking. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially for arranging private water taxi services. The patio off the bedroom was a beautiful space to make the smaller room feel larger. Would definitely recommend as a nice, convenient hotel in the heart of Venice. "
"Staff were friendly and professional, going out of their way to offer advice on things to do and where to go to make the most of your stay. Restaurants near in the back alley were delicious and prices much better than at restaurants on the water. "
"When we arrived on the train we decided to walk instead of taking the water bus. It was about a 22 min walk having to carry luggage up and down various small bridges and through narrow streets. My daughter and I are in shape so it wasn’t too bad. The hotel was walkable to popular sites. We used gps to navigate. We were close to Rialto Bridge and also not far from St.Marks Square.
The room was spacious and the hotel was safe. Be careful in the shower. The shower head was pointed right at the shower door and my daughter got the floor soaking wet. I found a way to turn it do that didn’t happen again.
Breakfast was ok. Nothing fancy but that was fine with us. There were eggs, chewy bacon, cereal, breads, and a little fruit. Don’t expect a full American style breakfast.
I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

"Stepping into this Venetian gem felt like opening the pages of a storybook. The staff greeted us with warmth and charm, and the housekeeping was so attentive it seemed like a sprinkle of magic kept everything spotless. Our room was a cozy retreat—bright, comfortable, and with a bathroom so lovely it felt like a private spa. The true star, though, was our canal view—waking up to gondolas gliding by was pure enchantment. Mornings were made extra special with the excellent breakfast buffet—so many delicious choices, the perfect way to kick off a day of Venetian adventures. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better: just minutes from all the sights, mouthwatering dining, and the heart of Venice’s romance. An absolute dream stay! "
