"Upon checking in, unfortunately we were not at all impressed with what we got for the price. This is a tiny room with a tiny bathroom. And in that tiny tub shower the water kind of just weakly “fell” out of the shower head. My husband and I were shoulder to shoulder at all times. The bed mattress was weak. The walls are fabric and dusty, and the room is dimly lit. All of this wouldn’t be an issue if we felt it was priced accordingly. We searched online and found comparable hotels in the vicinity at significantly better prices. It was just an unfortunate surprise upon checking in. Venice is still beautiful, but this hotel needs lots of updates."

"Delicious breakfast menu, great choices! Loved having the special coffees and also the sparkling wine at breakfast. This staff was wonderful. We were a large group and were able to sit on the terrace and share some wine and they were very accommodating. Very helpful. Making arrangements for various activities couldn’t have been better!"

"We had a suite. It was room 403. While it was spacious, it could have been better lit. I found it difficult to see clearly in some areas of the suite. There were portions of hard wood along with carpeted areas, however the carpeted areas could have been cleaner. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and kind. Overall a very good experience."
