"I would recommend this hotel over and over again. It was my first time in Cartagena and at this hotel, we had an amazing stay. The location was unbelievable. We felt very safe at all time. The hotel itself was remarkable. I’ve traveled a lot in my time and I have to say this is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever been to.. it was exactly what I was looking for. The staff was amazing, very welcoming and professional. Our rooms were beautiful!! I love that you could be out in the city walking around and come back to your sanctuary of a stunning, relaxing hotel! The restaurants at the hotel were outstanding!!!!! "

Héctor and Hania were incredibly kind and helpful—always attentive and making us feel right at home. I also had a massage with Sandra, and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had—so professional and relaxing!
