"The hotel is centrally located. The staff go above and beyond to take care of you. I had to use the ATM one evening and one of the staff members (darn, I forget his name but he’s an evening bell hop) walked me to the nearest ATM. When that one wasn’t working, he took me to another. Additionally, the rooftop pool is a must. Great vibes and awesome drinks from Santiago. Ask for him next time you’re at the Charlee rooftop. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in town. "

"It is a nice hotel. A bit pricey, but location is great. There is always entertainment, which it's great, but, if you want a quiet night, you might find it a bit overwhelming when having live music every night till late."

"The property and amenities were overall nice. Security and police presence due to professional football teams as tenants was a bit intrusive for my comfort. That being said, I did get to meet some footballers and the breakfast was nice and the pools refreshing. Other than the intrusive security, I had a nice time. "
