"So, here is the deal, staff was amazing, beds… if you like cold ac bring a blanket because they only have sheets. The pool is about 10x20 and 3 feet deep, indoor right by the desk. Literally on the beach. Water was about Luke warm, no hot or cold. If your not used to these areas, looks a lil sketchy but the people are friendly. Stray dogs all over the place but all want petting. Doors are locked from 11p to about 630. Would I stay there again, absolutely but it is no resort. Also outside of cartagena. Some great restaurants around there as well."

"I had an amazing stay at Baia Kristal Cartagena. The apartment itself was a big part of that it’s spacious, spotless, and really comfortable, with everything set up in a way that just makes sense. It genuinely felt like having my own place, which made it easy to relax from the start. The lagoon was another highlight. It gives the whole property a calm, scenic vibe, and spending time by the water especially in the evening was one of the best parts of my stay. I also have to mention the host, who was great throughout. Very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free from check-in to check-out. Overall, a really solid experience. I’d definitely come back. "
