This hotel has so much potential. But it is underutilized . It is right on the beach. Although not the best part of the beach, but beach is beach. In aa area 10 minutes from the airport, but not in a populated area. The hotel has a nice pool area, restaurant and bar area combined. Service is as I expect, being a monthly tourist and oart time resident of Colombia. Dont expect bells and whistles, everything here runs on a different kind of clock, slowly! Hotels in Colombia are staffed according to demand, no more and mist times less than needed. When I arrived, there were 10 people in the reception area and no workers. I had to go to the pool area to get a worker to come to check me in. The girl was very nice, explained what was necessary and nothing more. The room, mmmmm as they say was a superior room, but it was so small. You had room to get off the bed on each side. There was a TV air conditioner two towels and a hand towel and a bar soap and that's all you get. No bottle of water, no rack for suitcase, nothing more, just simplicity, but was clean which is the most important thing. The pool area very nice but there's no service if you're using the pool you have to physically get up and go to the bar or the restaurant bar. The restaurant closes at 3 PM. After that, you are on your on. Taxi or other small roadside makeshift restaurant. All in all very good hotel. I recommend! Joanna coinco estellas!!!!

Not what expected. Beach wasn’t too beautiful. Breakfast was not good . Had to order whatever the daily breakfast was no buffet or continental. Terrible view. The outside of hotel room is better than the actual room. A slight travel from the “must visit” places and excursions. No English spoken so download translation. However staff very kind , helpful and cleanly. Pretty quiet hotel. Neighborhood and roads rough but hidden gem if that’s the preference.

the restaurante was closed for fumigation and the lounge space by the pool was under construction, hopefully it opens soon. the pathway leading to the beach is poorly built and they warm you that they close by 6 and advise you to not be there after sunset. according to a taxi driver he's not used to seeing many tourist staying in that part of town as its not touristy at all but its an upcoming part of the city. also there is an overflow light from the building in front that is brighter than day and shades are not enough. overall the staff do their best with what they have, won't stay again and won't recommend if you are somewhat picky, but if on a budget it might be perfect for some people.

Our stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. The room was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly before we arrived. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, which made the experience even worse. There was no hot water during our stay, no refrigerator in the room, and they didn’t even provide complimentary drinking water. These are basic amenities that most hotels should offer. We felt so uncomfortable that we wanted to leave as soon as possible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.
