Great boutique hotel with a nice location surrounded by restaurants. The service is exclusive and one-on-one, and the place looks just like the pictures. The staff is very helpful, especially Jonel. If you find a room here, don’t hesitate to book! ---

Stayed with my husband and 1 year old baby. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Our suite was superb and we loved our plunge pool. Food was delicious but we felt it was slightly overpriced. The golf carts were an excellent idea to help us get to both the private and public beach. Would definitely recommend this hotel to families and couples alike.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in (and I've stayed at many hotels). Obviously this is a brand new hotel and you can tell. Everything is sparkling new. Everything has been so well thought out. The attention to detail is just insane. Check in was a little slow but we were offered beautiful drinks and a cool towel which was a nice touch. Superb hotel, refurbished very recently, the rooms are almost brand-new, spacious and well equipped with a huge bed and the sofa bed for our toddler was perfect. We had a beautiful view of the resort and the sea on the 4th floor. The hotel is quiet, clean and the staff are very kind. They don’t ask you for tips (not like at the Sanctuary or the Ocean Blue). We had an amazing stay at The Westin Punta Cana. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and exceptionally clean. The beach is stunning, with soft white sand and crystal-clear water( with sargassum, normal at this time of the year, but you can see beyond this) and there were always plenty of sun loungers available. The location is good, the hotel is very clean and lit. The employees are wonderful and very helpful.

The property is lovely and well maintained. We had a great room with its own pool. Most the restaurants were great. Our concierge Raul was great and nothing seemed too much trouble. Was disappointed about the hard sell for Palladium Travel Club which was frankly uncomfortable and wasted half a day.

Our stay at Grand Palladium was exceptional from beginning to end.
