The place was hard to find, customer service was extremely useless. I ended up having to drive around for 2 hours at night looking for another hotel. This place is either a scam or very, very unprofessional. I would not recommend for anyone.

This place is a little bit otherworldly. Hidden in the jungle, we had a bit of difficulty finding the Hacienda (although it is a short drive from Cancun International Airport- approx 20 min). However, our hosts came out to find us and escort us to our rooms. Hospitality was terrific, food was terrific- eat everything they offer!! It’s very quiet and would make a great yoga retreat or downtime with family. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
