"Everything was great. My recommendation would be to have more than 1elevator working. We waiting for 3 rounds and then used stairs"

"The hotel needs a significant renovation for its rooms. The pillows have smells and the carpet look so dirty! The worst part of my stay is when I turn on the shower tab, a cluster of hair flushed out from the shower curtain. It was both gross and horrifying! And I paid close to $300 per night ! "

"The rooms are tiny, definitely not big enough to accommodate a family of four. The bathroom is tiny and the door almost hits the toilet when you open it. The elevators were not working. The rooms had no recycle bins. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. Not worth the money we paid. "

"Good location. Lovely lobby with live music in the evening. Room had a great view, but lots of issues with wear and tear. Ironing board broken, faucet in kitchenette leaking (housekeeping left a rag there to soak up the water), coffee maker but no pods in the room, front of cabinetry pealed off under sink and then just painted to kind of match... Just not what you'd expect for the price..."

"Loved have a kitchen in the little chalet, it really helped us feel "normal" mid way through our vacation. It was just outside of town, which we loved for the quiet and privacy. I was able to walk to the downtown in 25 minutes. Front desk staff were very polite and helpful. We loved it"
