"The location was great as it’s close to many trails that lead to stunning ocean views. The cabin was very rustic and definitely needs upgrading. However, it was very clean and well enough equipped. Checking in and out was so easy. Great communication through text messsging."

"chalet is spacious , nice and clean bedsheets, amazing view .. Some suggestions: chalet needs to update it’s a lil old , bathrooms should have locks from inside , check stove(only 2 burners are working.. Dusty.. Overall we had a good time"
"Considering there is no choice in respect to that resort fee or what you call it, there was no in room water bottle(s) provided. Also the crazy prices for a room is ridiculous. I feel like even if I wanted to stay here again, I may not be able to fork out the rate rates but other than that, this place was an amazing place to spend the night at. I wish we would of stay another night since we weren’t able to go gamble in the casino when we got there. I’d definitely stay here again. "

"Check in was amazing. I wish I could remember the amazing woman’s name, but she was so lovely. She remembered what concert me and my friend were in town for and she was just so wonderful to chat to. She let us know everything around and now to get set up with Uber (we’re from Kelowna, we still don’t have Uber). The room was good, fairly quiet. Cleaning wasn’t amazing but I do understand there is a labour dispute currently that means rooms were clean between guests, but no house keeping was available. Understandable and I don’t blame the hotel one bit for that (aside from I hope the labour dispute ends in raises and better quality of life for all the staff)"

"The room and view were fantastic. The only issue was the WiFi it was sketchy. Every overnight or early AM it seemed to go down. Even during an early check out they couldn’t run our CC to pay for meals as WiFi was down. The rooms were very clean and nicely done. The breakfast buffet and serving staff were exceptional and very good. "
