"Title: A Fantastic Family Getaway — Especially Thanks to John from Entertainment! We just returned from an amazing stay at Dreams Los Cabos Suites Golf Resort & Spa, and I can confidently say this was one of our best family vacations yet. The food and accommodation were excellent — everything from the breakfast buffet to the specialty restaurants was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with stunning views and daily service that kept everything spotless and comfortable. What really made our stay memorable, though, was the incredible entertainment staff. Everyone was friendly, energetic, and genuinely engaged with the guests. A very special mention goes to John, who went above and beyond to ensure our 9-year-old son had the time of his life. From games and beach activities to poolside fun, John made our son feel included, excited, and happy every single day. Our son was genuinely heartbroken on the last day when he found out John was off — a sign of just how much of a positive impact John made on his experience. We didn’t get a chance to say goodbye in person, so we want to take this opportunity to thank John for everything he did for our family. Highly recommend Dreams Los Cabos for families looking for a fun, relaxing, and welcoming resort experience. We will definitely be returning!"

" My stay at Villa Valencia Cabo was nothing short of amazing. The entire property was spotless — incredibly clean and well-maintained throughout. I felt completely safe during my stay, which made the experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. The staff truly made a difference — everyone was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. From check-in to check-out, their hospitality was top-notch. The location is beautiful, the amenities are modern and luxurious, and the atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. I highly recommend Villa Valencia Cabo to anyone looking for a high-end, stress-free vacation experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!"

"The property is well maintained, and the views from the common areas framed by pillars and marble are gorgeous. The room was comfortable, clean and had a beautiful view of the beach. Could not hear the adjacent rooms when indoors. The restaurant Lena is fabulous - the Cuban night food was sensational - I wish it had been open every night. The other restaurant Vela had a charming atmosphere, but the food was average. Every member of staff interacted with were friendly, polite, and helpful."

"From the initial phone, call E concierge Fernanda to the front desk check-in Maria to our personal concierge Jose the training and follow-through of the staff is amazing. Combine this with the most beautiful luxurious hotel situated next to the waterfront five star dining in every restaurant you cannot go wrong with Grand Velas for those that want to save a few pennies. This is not the place for you for those that don’t mind spoiling themselves and their families and giving them a 10 star experience I highly recommend it. I’m a huge fan of this franchise. I visited Nuevo Vallarta Cabo San Lucas and looking forward to going to Cancun to visit the other resort. "
