"This was the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel in my lifetime. The stairways were dirty. When we arrived in our room, we found little black flies dead in the bathroom sink. When I reported it to the front desk, I was told they didn't have control if I had my room door open but stated they would put in a work order. I never heard from anyone. When I called to the front desk requesting toilet paper, I was told their order had not arrived, however they would have housekeeping locate a roll of toilet paper and deliver it to my room. I never heard from anyone. We had to go to Walmart to purchase our own toilet. The vent is the bathroom was hanging loose from the ceiling. There were people hanging around that seemed homeless. I have photos I would like add to this review."

"I'm 62 y/o and I believe a reasonable person. This is by far, the worst experience at a motel/hotel I have ever had. The accommodations are horrible. I reserved a non-smoking room (through Travelocity) but the front desk could not accommodate. When I got to this room (#210), I couldn't have been more disappointed. See the photos to get an idea. The most irritating issue is Days Inn is a national chain that you would expect decent accommodations. Of course, I did not expect Waldorf Astoria here. A clean room, with lighting, bed, bath, and a working TV is the most basic requirement I look for. I can't urge you stronger NOT to stay here. I would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car."

"The room I walked into with it being a smoke free facility smelled and reeked of cigarettes and I have 3 kiddos who were with me . I went down and spoke with staff all they did was give me room freshener spray but when I went up to spray I then found a literal dog poop on the floor next to the bed where you can see some smudged into carpet and some just sitting there I told my kids don’t unpack anything went downstairs and showed the picture the cleaning lady tried to say she cleaned the room I said if this room was actually cleaned you would have seen that poop she said “where did you find it” I said out in the open next to the bed . We got changed rooms but after that I felt disgusted and so uncomfortable. The next room smelled better and had no poop but out bathroom door wouldn’t shut our shower doors wouldn’t stay closed they kept sliding open when showering our sink would drain properly and don’t get me started on how green that pool was when I took the kids . Overall I will never stay at this hotel again !"

"The staff is nice I can say that. However the individual and or family staying above me which I assume is room 205 was playing a horn or some sort of horn instrument 1:30 pm in the afternoon the first day of my stay. Which, I found to be rude staff was helpful in rectifying the issue. The food that is served could be a lot more better for the price you are paying to stay there and i didn’t like that paper plates and plastic utensils were used as well. It’s not that many patrons in my opinion to be using paper plates and plastic utensils and it made my stay feel cheap if that makes sense. Purchase of breakfast during stay i would bypass and go to the nearest ihop or dennys for a better breakfast experience I didn’t know the Marriott was literally next door which is where I will be staying for future trips to the area. And if possible you should try putting families with children housed on one side of the hotel and individuals without kids on the other side children are so noisy and lack self awareness hearing kids all hours of the day when you just want to relax was kinda annoying for me but it’s a nice hotel for I’d say families"
