To begin with the treatment I received for Part of the receptionist was terrible. I feel discriminated against for not speaking Spanish Second, the room was disgusting, cockroaches in the room, dirty sheets with stains of dubious origin Third, the air was not good and the room was very hot And when I talked to the receptionist, he told me he couldn't do anything In short, terrible, it's the first and last time I come, I prefer a thousand times the hotel 6 of Rancho Cordova They lost a possible frequent customer Because I visit the motels 2 a week Too bad about this hotel

U get what u pay for

Manager and motel staff are amazing. The price u pay is where the amenity lays. Has been cleaned up a bit in the past year than it was previously which i impart to the new ownership. Overall its cheap but its also quiet, there's no bugs and we haven't had any issues.

Quiet, rooms are big , nice size bathrooms clean , comfortable beds ac with in room microwave & mini fridge staff is friendly yet professional lots of parking grounds are clean well lit ice machines by office I love it here
