BurJuman Mall

Room was kept clean and eveyone was extremely helpful. Food was good and entertainment was ok. The Saturday night was the best. Drinks was not the best but alright....there was not a wide variety of drinks to choose from. But overall our stay was great!

Avoid like the Plague if you have other options. They scammed and gave a studio room with city view instead of the reserved Sea view studio. The Hotel and rooms are dated and aeging. The bathroom tiles were cracked. Found 1 housefly in the room when we checked in and had to kill it by hand. The balcony glass door are unclean and curtains torn. The breakfast is sub par with only a single item changing everyday. The housekeeping and restaurant staff are kind and courteous. Only their Premier apartment bedrooms and most highest paid rooms have sea view apparantly. Disappointing and Appalling state of affairs.
