Very nice hotel in a great location. We stayed here for 4 nights and had 2 rooms booked. The hotel staff (Rahmat) was very responsive on WhatsApp before we reached there. He ensured that we had adjoining rooms so our family could stay together, thank you very much for your service. Just back from a week's stay at the Royal Santrian and it was fabulous! Our villa was huge, and the outdoor sitting area and private pool just made it perfect. Cannot fault the resort for anything, the staff were all very friendly, ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction every day. The food was first class, we ate there all the time it was so good! A very peaceful and relaxing location, ideal for couples. Had a lovely massage at the Spa too.

I’ll keep this short and sweet…Kayumanis is the BEST place for a private Villa in all of Bali!

The hospitality and the facility was amazing. My only disappointment was that my villa was located at the very edge of the hotel right next to the road, so it was not a quiet environment. I was expecting a more relaxing stay as this was my honeymoon.

Look no further, this hotel is the best in Bali. This was my sixth stay here and my expectations were exceeded yet again. Exceptional service, nothing but nothing is too much trouble. Both staff and management are totally committed to making sure that your stay is perfect in every detail. Do make sure that you dine in the Kayuputi restaurant - exquisite food and service!

Having stayed at a number of 5 star hotels in Bali, this is one of the best. The suites are modern and amazingly epic. The location is stunning but there is nothing surrounding the hotel, so this is a 2 or 3 night place. The food is amazing and all kitchens are led by French chefs who are both visible and helpful. Best place we stay on our honeymoon by a country mile. Highly recommend you stay at The Mulia which should not be mistaken with the Mulia Resort and Village other locations in the resort. You get the full range of services from the excellent Butler service to the beachfront view from your cabana to the excellent suites. Love, Love Love. We came here to spend the first three nights of our trip to Bali. This resort is amazing and was the perfect start to our honeymoon. We stayed in a villa, this was easily the best resort we have stayed in. You are provided a butler and a buggy service to take you around the resort. I couldn’t fault it, beautiful hotel, clean room, friendly staff, such a relaxing peaceful stay- I didn’t notice any construction noises. The price and value was amazing. It’s a 5- 10 minute walk from cafés and shops

Beautiful hotel. Amazing details in the lobby. Its massive. Quite a long walk to the front of the hotel, so don't forget anything in your room! Amazing pools and beach. Wouldn't go in the sea though. Beautiful sunrises. Decent air conditioned gym. Breakfast was good, although not the best I've had in Bali. The Indonesian cakes were very nice though.

Loved our stay. Our Villa was the right at the back and was so peaceful and quiet. Staff were always available to deal with any needs. They had prepared our personal food menu to meet our Hindu vegetarian food which contained no meat and fish. If you have a family with kids and want privacy, this location is perfect. I travelled with my husband and 12 year old daughter and booked the hotel last minute. The hotel is directly on the beach, with superb views of the ocean and in a beautiful garden setting. A fantastic place. Outstanding service on all parts. Very quiet and calm place. Perfect for just relaxing. Beach is quick 5 min where the hotel has its on small part. No problem getting sun beds at all. One restaurant within the area with a very very nice a la carte breakfast. Highly recommended. The "room" is fantastic with its own little mini pool and lounge group outside. 3-5 min walk to Bali Collection with shopping and restaurants (not as good as the hotel's own). Feels very touristic...
