"The Keraton Hotel ticked all the boxes. The staff were excellent- friendly and efficient. Rooms were large, comfortable and clean. Good choice of breakfasts . Pool and garden area was large and well tended ( including a wonderful bonsai collection). Close to the Main Street and backed onto Jimbaran beach, which is a beautiful beach - white sand, clean, great for swimming, and many good places to eat very close I will definitely stay there again when I return to Bali"

"We booked for the hotel to pick us up at the airport, our flight was late but the driver was there with our sign. So incredibly friendly and kind. The staff at the villa were absolutely amazing! Cleaners came everyday and our second to last night they arrived and put petals on our bed and roses on our night stand, swan towels. They are so incredible.
