Excellent Resort and service. We were upgraded during check-in with amazing hospitality. The villa s are fantastic, have everything inside and small outdoor pool is a big plus. Fourseasons Bali at an amazing location in the Jimbaran Bay, very well maintained resort in the heart of nature, beach and sea. Neighbourhood is developing but not distracting...Somewhat limited evening alacarte dining options which directed us to go for local restaurants by the beach turned out to be an amazing fish food experience... This hotel was the perfect place to unwind. The staff were extremely attentive, charming and helpful. The grounds and surroundings are stunning. Honestly, if I can give this hotel a 6 out of 5 stars, I would! The staff will literally go above and beyond for your comfort and convenience. I loved that public beach makes u play football with locals. And the Premier Ocean Villa was an oasis and the resort had everything there to immerse yourself. Staff were the best and they knew how to take care of the guests! Only drawback would be to add one more restaurant may be Japanese for evening time so to have four options.

Everything was completely 10 stars!! The most amazing service I have ever experienced. martini the customer relations manager was fantastic and made my day with a gift at checkout. The only disappointment was when we called a few hours after checking out because we left something in the room, they said they would check and call us back but never did.

Amazing villas with a lot of privacy. The resort felt very secluded in comparison to other hotels in Bali like the Ritz. Appreciated the private plunge pool so much! The buffet was delicious and changed their menu on the daily so I never tired of eating there. Fell in love with their Soto ayam and the staff went out of their way to have a bowl waiting for me every breakfast. Service was kind, attentive and quick to provide anything you needed. The kids club was also very clean, shoes-off facility with a lot of on-site staff. They had a lot of activities available to the kids. Only thing was that the club is accessible to a big age range of kids and there aren’t separated areas for toddlers versus younger preteens (10-12). Overall, 10/10 would stay here again when in Bali. It was an incredible resort for me and my family.

Wonderful service beautiful hotel food is just OK

Some family members had told me the resort had aged badly and that it needed an urgent update, the update is probably necessary but it is the F&B that needs an urgent upgrade. For the rates of the villas and the prices of the restaurants the cuisine should be to die for and it’s not the case. Not from breakfast to dinner. I can tell you that the crispy bacon is perfect but the apparently ample breakfast buffet is dull and the quality of the produce (with the exception of the fruit and juices) is barley 6/10 and at a 7 star beach resort rate…. The service on the other hand is fabulous, flawless and warm and welcoming. The WhatsApp communication with the hotel is absolutely perfect. We had a very special villa the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with small kitchen. Ok the fixtures in the bathroom are not premium, the indoor shower has the wall in waterproof paint like a road Motel 6 or a 3.5 star Four Points by Sheraton…. Not acceptable …. Not at the HUGE rate we paid. But the tropical hardwood floors, the size of the rooms and the sheer perfection of the infinity pool over the bay and dominating the airport… was absolutely unique. I. Any case the most important wealth of this magical island is without the slightest doubt… IT’S PEOPLE. There is nowhere on Eart a warm and welcoming as Bali.
