"The resort is equipped with facilities for toddler as well as young kids. Perfect family setup with humble and friendly staff. Best surprise was the arrival of 3 furry friends (dog) everyday at the kids club. Such a rewarding experience for everyone. And don’t miss the chocolate hour - it’s one for the sweet tooth’s. "Our stay at Ayana was magical! There is so much to on the property. It’s very relaxing and the staff is all incredibly kind! The one item of feedback that we had is that there were not a lot of vegan options at the restaurants and that this is something that could be improved. The main place we could go was the Spa cafe for vegan items but the rest of the restaurants on site did not have these options. The menus definitely had a lot of vegetarian options. The staff did a great job working with us to create vegan options which we immensely appreciated! "

A special thank you to Mr. Folkes, who went above and beyond, especially during Silent Day. Due to my special dietary requirements, he personally arranged for the kitchen to prepare something suitable for me, which was absolutely delicious and greatly appreciated. I also booked a massage, scrub and facial at the hotel spa by Ms. Nungki. She did an excellent job and I felt incredibly relaxed afterwards. During the treatment, I experienced a cramp in my foot, but she noticed immediately and helped resolve it straight away. She suggested a forward bend stretch, which worked amazingly well. Her attentiveness and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the staff truly made my stay memorable. Their warmth, care, and attention to detail made all the difference.
