"They upgraded us upon arrival which was amazing. We loved everything about the property. The breakfast was wonderful. It was a great stay and amazing staff."

"The hotel is great for access to the beach and the Jimbaran area. The buffet breakfast also has a wide variety of foods, and staff were very welcoming and helpful. My room however was a bit small and I didn’t appreciate the clear glass wall between the bedroom and bathroom. Overall, it was okay but nothing memorable."
