Look no further, this hotel is the best in Bali. This was my sixth stay here and my expectations were exceeded yet again. Exceptional service, nothing but nothing is too much trouble. Both staff and management are totally committed to making sure that your stay is perfect in every detail. Do make sure that you dine in the Kayuputi restaurant - exquisite food and service!

Resort was right on the beach at Nusa Dua with amazing grounds and lagoons. 2 main restaurants meant that for the size of the resort, there was limited food variety but the Westin next door provided other dining options. Amazing cabanas dotted around the resort but were not free and had to be booked, which did not seem right when you are a paying guest. However despite these minor issues, would highly recommend the resort if you want to get away from everything as Nusa Dua is an area full of 5*...

april 2024. back from 5 day stay at the Hilton . Its definitely 5 hotel . Staff cannot do enough for you, polite and very welcoming. Service is incredible and the breakfast buffet is second to none. A real treat to stay there . wouldnt hesitate to visit again. Perfect for families as lots to do but also perfect if you do not have children as its very spacious . In a beautiful area . It isnt walking distance to shops and other restaurants but theres a free shuttle bus to the Bali collection...

I’ll keep this short and sweet…Kayumanis is the BEST place for a private Villa in all of Bali!

Nice comfortable property to spend with family .our stay here has been quite enjoyable .The location is nice & one can walk down to the market nearby where there are multiple options for food . The only one thing where we find the property was lacking is in its's very limited dining option with limited dishes .

A fantastic place. Outstanding service on all parts. Very quiet and calm place. Perfect for just relaxing. Beach is quick 5 min where the hotel has its on small part. No problem getting sun beds at all. One restaurant within the area with a very very nice a la carte breakfast. Highly recommended. The "room" is fantastic with its own little mini pool and lounge group outside. 3-5 min walk to Bali Collection with shopping and restaurants (not as good as the hotel's own). Feels very touristic...

Amazing, excellent, faultless hotel, impeccable service throughout from the front desk to house keeping. Excellent location, excellent reception, excellent staff, excellent dining, excellent pool and sun area, excellent live music!... This vacation was heaven on earth...I am running out of words to describe this hotel.. what a hotel... what an experience.... lifetime memory...

Pay a bit extra and stay in a club room well worth it the staff can't do enough for you SUGIARTA was a jem. I loved the little ducks coming up at meal times to be feed where can you got fillet steak for breakfast it's one of the best hotels I've stayed in FIVE STAR PLUS thank you NUSA DUA

Just back from a week's stay at the Royal Santrian and it was fabulous! Our villa was huge, and the outdoor sitting area and private pool just made it perfect. Cannot fault the resort for anything, the staff were all very friendly, ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction every day. The food was first class, we ate there all the time it was so good! A very peaceful and relaxing location, ideal for couples. Had a lovely massage at the Spa too.

All little details were thought about. We were travelling with our 2 month old and 3 year old. We booked a family room. When we arrived the cot and sofa bed were already set up and there was a stair gate at the top of the stairs. The room was equipped with a baby bouncer and baby toiletries, which was a welcome and unexpected surprise. The hotel staff did everything they could to make your stay easy and enjoyable.

Hotel staff were wonderful, they were attentive and couldn't do enough for us. The complex is in a gated community so we always felt in a secure environment, although the Balinese people are adorable anyway. A late then extended check out was arranged for us which was great and much appreciated. Our only slight criticism which we fed back to the management team was; in a country which averages 30 degrees daily with 80% humidity, where you need to drink 2 to 3 lites of water a day to stay...

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, the resort is very well kept with lovely restaurant and very helpful staff. Its not the best beach but we walked along the coast and it doesn't get much better but the pool is right on the sea front and as really nice. Local restaurants are also really good and fair priced.

We would definitely stay here again. The staff were so friendly to us and our son. The swimming pool and garden are designed woven together, with quirky sculptures. I think this would be called a boutique hotel compared with the bigger resorts in Bali. If you like something a bit different and arty then you will like it. The location was excellent for Jimbaran, go straight out the back of the hotel and you're at the fish restaurants and the beach.

We have chosen a fantastic villa, I liked everything, initially we want to express gratitude for providing such apartments with cool money for such reasonable money. I was the first time in Bali, for the first time I had a rest in the Villa. It is here that you get used immediately and you feel at home, because it’s not crowded, and everything is at home, only the apparatuses are expensive and luxurious, as well as a lot of extra services for extra money. The swimming pool - awesome!!! Projector...

The hotel was fantastic, very clean, lovely staff and a good range of facilities from the restaurants to activities such as yoga and the spa facilities. They hotel pools were great and they have a pool for relaxing by that’s very peaceful (no kids!)

This hotel was superbly situated in South Kuta. Very quiet and beautiful hotel but walk out of the hotel complex and it's full of life. Fantastic to be able to meet and talk to loads of local people. Many tourists here also, but meeting lots of local folk from Bali/Kuta was a real pleasure. Everyone was so welcoming and warm. We loved it here and will definitely be back.

Everything was absolutely amazing, the property is absolutely beautiful and beach is only less than 2 min walk. Breakfast was lovely with watermelon juice and Indonesian options.
