Look no further, this hotel is the best in Bali. This was my sixth stay here and my expectations were exceeded yet again. Exceptional service, nothing but nothing is too much trouble. Both staff and management are totally committed to making sure that your stay is perfect in every detail. Do make sure that you dine in the Kayuputi restaurant - exquisite food and service!

Resort was right on the beach at Nusa Dua with amazing grounds and lagoons. 2 main restaurants meant that for the size of the resort, there was limited food variety but the Westin next door provided other dining options. Amazing cabanas dotted around the resort but were not free and had to be booked, which did not seem right when you are a paying guest. However despite these minor issues, would highly recommend the resort if you want to get away from everything as Nusa Dua is an area full of 5*...

Fantastic, well kept and beautiful hotel. Great facilities and several places to eat. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Everything is cleaned continuously around the hotel and housekeeping is very good. Probably the best hotel I've stayed in

Amazing hotel and lovely experience from arrival to departure. Everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. Great food, from the sumptuous breakfasts to the decadent evening barbecues. Rooms are spacious and comfortable (we had the family suite, which includes two separate rooms with shared living area). Staff are attentive and helpful. Restaurants are of a high quality - and priced accordingly. Alternative dining options close by provide good variety. Would definitely stay again.

I would highly recommend staying in Ayodya Palace. The service and the people are so lovely. The hotel is huge but not impersonal and the hotel itself is Balinese in style which makes your stay feel more authentic. The grounds are exquisite and there is so much space around the pools and beach area that there is no difficulty getting a sun lounger and a place in the shade. Pay a bit extra and stay in a club room well worth it the staff can't do enough for you SUGIARTA was a jem. I loved the little ducks coming up at meal times to be feed where can you got fillet steak for breakfast it's one of the best hotels I've stayed in FIVE STAR PLUS thank you NUSA DUA

Amazing, excellent, faultless hotel, impeccable service throughout from the front desk to house keeping. Excellent location, excellent reception, excellent staff, excellent dining, excellent pool and sun area, excellent live music!... This vacation was heaven on earth...I am running out of words to describe this hotel.. what a hotel... what an experience.... lifetime memory...

The Island suite were large with great wardrobe space and a big bathroom. The breakfast was great with a very good choice. Great pool with amazing staff to help with everything! Good for going to all the lot shops and restaurants. Great sunset bar on the roof!

Only way to sum up this hotel is truly amazing. Stayed here for 5 nights as a couple and were impressed with everything, they picked us up at airport on arrival, cottage was ready at the hotel, room was spotless everyday, room had free WiFi, a very good bathroom, safety deposit safe, complimentary room service breakfast which was awesome, staff at this hotel are what makes it so good, they are so genuinely friendly, the grounds of the hotel are attended to almost all day,the pool are is almost...

Our first time staying at The Mahata. What a beautiful boutique type stay. The room was amazing. Beautiful pool. The staff are so friendly and cant do enough for you, always addressing you by name. The food and service impeccable. Can't speak highly enough. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again on our return to Bali 10/10

Good stay. Large spacious hotel and our room (deluxe ocean) gave us a wonderful view as it faces the beach and we can see the sun setting from our room. The staffs were extremely friendly with their Balinese welcome. They will go all out to accommodate you. Slightly expensive and out of the way from the town centre/ eating places. Overall- satisfactory stay.

april 2024. back from 5 day stay at the Hilton . Its definitely 5 hotel . Staff cannot do enough for you, polite and very welcoming. Service is incredible and the breakfast buffet is second to none. A real treat to stay there . wouldnt hesitate to visit again. Perfect for families as lots to do but also perfect if you do not have children as its very spacious . In a beautiful area . It isnt walking distance to shops and other restaurants but theres a free shuttle bus to the Bali collection...

We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel manager realised that we were on our anniversary, and gave us upgraded rooms which were very sumptuous and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and well furnished to a high standard. Customer service was second to none Overall a very positive experience. Amazing hotel, without a doubt i would stay here again. Breakfast is A La Carte and it tasted great. Been travelling south east asia for 5 weeks and it was definitely the best breakfast. Good location, friendly staff, room was very clean. Left cash sitting out on table and was folded up and left on the side of the table when i returned later that day. 5 stars Kanvaz keep up the good work.

We had a wonderful stay at Aloft Bali Kuta. The hotel was spotlessly clean and perfectly located in the heart of Kuta, right next to the stylish Beachwalk Shopping Center, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We travelled around Bali and stayed in several places, but the service from the Marriott staff here was by far the best. We would happily stay again!
