"The Inn at Saratoga is a great place to stay while in Saratoga Springs. It has so much charm. This is not the place to go if you want a cookie-cutter hotel. It has its own old-school personality. The breakfast they offer in the morning is exceptional. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Some of the facilities are older than what you may be used to. But that is part of what makes the hotel so unique. Highly recommended!"

"The front desk workers were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The property was clean. The public lobby area was inviting and people would interact with each other while sitting there, which was very nice. The location could not be beat. It was right in downtown Saratoga Springs within walking distance of many restaurants and shops."

"Everything was beautiful! Check in was smooth, the front desk associates were kind and happy to be there. They even gave out fresh chocolate chip cookies at check in! Room was big and set up well, beds comfortable. Truly nothing to dislike about the property"
