I liked the location the best. There's a Chili's and Delmonico's in very short walking distance. The lobby looks good at first glance but you can see there's some work to be done to make this place comparable to a Microtel. Tried to get breakfast at 950am on Sunday morning and there was not only nothing left but looked somewhat in disarray, messy, spills. Walked right out. Lastly, I got the room with the jetted tub and the jets did not work. I was already in the tub and there for only 1 night so I didn't call to get fixed but that was somewhat disappointing. However, the price was right and the location was right and the sheets were clean and the bed comfortable. I would maybe try again for the price.

Advertised hot breakfast and all there was was really stale bagels, and two options for cereal. No bowls, we had to use coffee cups for cereal. Also we had to keep getting new room keys as they stopped opening our room doors. Super annoying as we were on the 4th floor. Check in was incredibly slow- other people were having problems Checking in. The outside was not shoveled and my son fell three times in the two days we were there because if piled up snow and slippery conditions. We stayed at the hotel to be close to the Impact center, which was only 3 minutes away.

My first night, I asked to be moved to another room, the carpet hadn't been cleaned, and one of the rooms adjacent to my room was really noisy. The next I called again about moving to another room and when they finally moved me the room did not have any face cloths. I called them and they told me they would bring them in 15 minutes, I called them back later that night when I return and I was told they would bring some up. I never received them and mentioned it to the person at the front desk and he just apologized. Plus, the food they advertise, they don't serve or cook. Breakfast is coffee, cereal, and bagels.
