"Tub didnt drain. HVAC was blowing out hot air the entire time. AC didnt work. Breakfast was mediocre. Booking website stated bar/lounge on premise.... it was never opened. "

"Yes by the way take off the restaurant The nest from your menu absolutely horrible rip off and they treated as horribly the food was horrible $55 for lobster mac and cheese that was edible at best I took it because I didn't realize it was $55 I would have never ordered it $2 for bread which was one piece cut in half $4 for a deviled egg which was absolutely nasty the food was gross that's the only complaint I have the staff was awesome the maintenance guy kept that place so clean beautiful I've never stayed in such a clean nice place. The maintenance man there should get a raise he dealt with so much disgusting stuff from people and kept it clean and was such a sweetheart don't remember his name but maybe if you value her employees you should give him a shout out I'm sure he doesn't make much and takes pride in that as well as the gentleman that ran the breakfast so very nice"

"The hotel was lovely. The only issue was there was lots of dust and dirty spots on the hardwood portion of the floors. Mopping the floors at least when a new quest is arriving should be done. Late night pizza wasn’t good and cold. I was brought a small bucket of ice, but no tongs to pick it up or a glass to put the beverage into."

"The room was beautiful and clean, also the water was nice and hot.Only two complaints 1. The pool was closed for 4 days, my entire trip. 2. There aren’t any microwaves in the room, you have to go downstairs to the lobby in the mini store to warm up your food which suck. "

"I reserve a king size bed online, however when I got to the counter to check in, the staff understood my needs, and provided me with accommodations, for the same price as my online reservation. The location was ideal within 3min. from the arena. Staffing was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was extremely clean."
