Below my expectations. Room was not well cleaned, there were crumbs on the floor, hair on the sheets and in the bathroom. Stairway had an old dirty carpet. Very noisy bed, lots of handprints on the TV. And many sketchy people on the property/staying at the hotel. Small breakfast provided in a paper bag. Would not stay here again.

Room was not entirely clean upon arrival. The floor was not properly swept as it was dusty and there was small glass like particles around certain areas, it was a good thing we brought our own slippers. There were small hairs that were stuck on the bottom of the shower curtain that were not properly cleaned and removed. Most of the linen in the bathroom was stained with some marks and we weren't sure of the cleanliness of them. We requested for a shower mat at night but we were told it would only be available the next morning. We were disappointed that we couldn't make our own coffee as it was only available at the lobby. The only positives were a functioning fridge, a decent comfy bed and a working TV. Overall, a huge disappointment as we had stayed here previously and it was much more satisfactory but the quality of room cleaning and maintenance has really diminished. You get what you pay for. Highly unlikely we'll come back to this one.

I'm guessing the lack of carpet is Covid-inspired. That's not a complaint, actually: I'm in favor of infection control. But absence of sound-absorbing rugs does make for amplifying even responsibly quiet corridor sounds through the wee hours--not noisy, really, but present. I didn't notice the towels stuck under other doors until I was ready to leave, but if I had occasion to return, I'd put one under my door too.
