Great experience taking our family here for the weekend. Clean rooms, the pool was nice and warm. The pool is a little chlorinated so we all developed hives but at least it’s a clean pool! Breakfast was good, I appreciated all the options and staff was friendly.

I did not like the view from the room. I was looking at the black vertical roofing and HVAC equipment. If it was an horizontal roof with the view not blocking, then it would be a better experience.

Property is ideally located, staff is very pleasant and facility and rooms are well kept. I didn’t like the fact that although I had already paid vía Expedía, they went ahead and used the credit card given for incidentals TO CHARGE ME for the room since supposedly this “ third party” had issues paying them ???? They could have called me instead of leaving a piece of paper under the room after I had temporarily left hotel. I was told my credit card was credited immediately but the charges are still on my credit card 2 days later!!!!
