"It took 50 minutes to check in, a long line, and not enough staff. When I was leaving, the elevators were full, so after 5 minutes I walked down with my luggage. I understand they had a big group, but if they are having one, they should be prepared."

Very frustrating since my son was very excited to swim since he was getting surgery the next day. It is a very nice hotel but really bummed about the pool."
