Our Butler was exceptional and so was the entire spa and service team. Nothing seem to be too much for them and there were elements of surprises planned for us which were not asked for but very much appreciated. We truly had the time of our lives at our first St Regis property, and we couldn’t be happier to one day return and see some friendly faces. They even made a cake and scribbled bonvoyage on plate. Such a great touch! They also had best toilet paper in India. Everywhere else paper was so hard. Theirs was so soft."
