Following communication before we went on this matter it was then confirmed our original booking would stand. "We chose the hotel for the location, private beach access and the wonderful room; the experience was elevated exponentially by the entire team. Particularly Manisha who checked us in and organized a beautiful room decorating for our celebration. Also Suvo at BLD restaurant who was uber responsive serving with a smile.
