All ages can have a great time at these family-friendly properties
Hotel is at a good location and hotel is clean and nice. Staff are friendly. But lighting in rooms is a concern. Very dim yellow light thus very restricted visibility especially for elderly and children. Room layout and devor is great though. So pls look into the lights. Thanks
The hotel used to be serviced apartments so all rooms have a kitchen and lounge so feels like a suite. I didn't like my room and the hotel went out of their way to change it. Comfortable bed and fast in room dining. The breakfast if complete veg so no eggs. Would recommend and a great location as ...
The staff at this hotel are the best I have ever encountered. I have traveled globally for work and will never stay anywhere else in Bengaluru
The club room was spacious, however not very clean. The staff is friendly but when you request anything from the reception, no matter how clear you are, you need to insist to make sure they understand what you need as they would never say no.
Sofa in the room had some old stains. Service at the restaurant was poor. Overall the property has deteriorated since we were last there about 4 or 5 years ago.
I had a good stay, the staff was courteous, friendly and accommodating. We only had food in the coffee shop and it was moderately okay with very good Indian breakfast.
it was nice stay, the staff was very good, the ambiance, location, food was good. Would love to stay in this hotel.
I loved this place. Very pretty and peaceful yet central, nice rooms, lovely garden to sit in and such friendly helpful staff. Can't wait for my next visit.
Outstanding service, great hospitality. On premise restaurants are gems. Truly a palace.
