"This is within easy walking distance from the bookshops of Church Street, and the old eating establishments like Konark, MTR (old branch), Koshy's. The service is a bit of a hit-and-miss: asked for a two person stay but got only one set of towels. For the rest, service was courteous and prompt. Overall, a very pleasant staying experience, especially if your work takes you to the center of Bangalore."

"My first time at this amazing hotel. Staff are all fantastic; room is beautiful; breakfast is best I have had in India (extensive selection of western and Indian). I requested a late check out due to late flight to Canada - so the manager (Mr Prasad) let me relax by the pool for the afternoon and I booked a spa treatment with (BiBi). Special thanks to the amazing staff which also included Shantu (front desk) and Jagan (fitness center). I HIGHLY recommend this hotel"
