It is a well-balanced hotel. However, it is a pity that the hotel staff made a mistake in the check-in trouble.

Amazing stay at hotel PAI VICEROY, rooms were clean, good staff and breakfast

Stay was good. Bed was very comfortable. A la cartel and Buffet at the hotel restaurant was great. Very welcoming staff. Just a note: swimming pool area closes off by 1130 pm. Even the AC gets switched off in the lobby at about the same time. This caused a wee bit of inconvenience for us.

In April I booked rooms at Srirangam and Kumbakonam through Hotel.com we stayed at Ragas Grand at Kumbakonam which was so wonderful and comfortable stay. Good hotel, friendly staff, nice location. Rooms are big, bathrooms spacious

The club room was spacious, however not very clean. The staff is friendly but when you request anything from the reception, no matter how clear you are, you need to insist to make sure they understand what you need as they would never say no.

There's nothing great about this place. Just an OK place.

This was my first visit to this hotel. It is centrally located on the Race course Road, surrounded by greenery. Polite staff. quick and friendly response by reception and room service.
