• Check-in and check-out took far too long. • At check-in I was told only a smoking room was available, even though I had clearly requested a non-smoking room in the remarks; although a non-smoking room was eventually arranged, this situation should not have occurred. • I had reserved a king bed, but received a twin room instead. • The bottled water had black debris around the threads under the cap when opened, which was unhygienic and very unpleasant. • On the positive side, all the staff were friendly and pleasant.

Bathroom smelled like gutter, cockroach issue, irresponsive house cleaning service, lack of accountability. Property to Bangalore city is 2hr ride. Positives - amazing kitchen staff (call outs to Girish, Sous Chef, and Tesly), responsive front desk (call-out to Manisha, Divya), good food options. Overall - team tried to fix issues with our stay and were empathetic, but weren't able to do much to ease our inconvenience. As this was an expensive Hyatt property, we came in with high expectations on service and property - unfortunately, the experience was average at best and didn't meet our expectations. Associates at this location are good and have amazing potential - execution, unfortunately, was poor. Of the two stars given, one of for Girish (Kitchen staff) and the other was for the responsive (yet ineffective) front desk.

We were on a family holiday for the first time in Bangalore! This hotel is absolutely stunning and amazing, from the minute we checked in, so seamless and very efficient. Reception staff were so helpful and informative and welcoming. The staff at reception had an abundance of knowledge of the area and offered us advice on must see sights in Bangalore! Great location and only 30 mins from the airport. It's around 40 mins into Bangalore city centre. Security staff at the Entrance are so helpful and always take care of our bags and luggage without us having to even lift a finger! I would like to mention Keshav - security staff was ever so kind and helpful and very professional. The hotel is modern and trendy with a touch of class! Very spacious and elegant. Plenty of lounge spaces and decorated creatively with attention to details. Rooms are great size and has plenty of facilities. Chef Narayana and Chef Ajay Negi would go over and beyond to make our meal times extra special! Nothing was too much trouble for them. Chef Ajay Negi and Chef Narayana exceeded all our expectations and should be recognised for their fantastic culinary skills as chefs and for their absolutely delicious food and desserts and catering for the Jain Diets. Ajay Negi is an asset to Hyatt Centric Hotel, Hebbal, his service and professionalism is truly outstanding! At the Cosmo restaurant we were greeted by the kind and friendly and very professional waiter staff Tesly, Vishnu, Akriti and Zeli. Thanks
