Hotel was generally great location wise and amenities wise. Only complaint would be lack of usb ports in the room to charge phones or iPads. Most hotels have at least one in the alarm clock or lamp now but I had to go buy a charger instead

Bed was comfortable but the room decor was old! TV stations were terrible! Internet was slow. We faced the courtyard/ pool area. It was noisy.

Horrible experience 😭 I reserve the hotel on the picture they sent me to another one blocks away, the hotel very small elevator not working front desk lady very rude and walked away from me, still waiting for my deposit back I had to walk many blocks to everything I don’t recommend it at all 👎👎

Old property. At least it appears as such. Torn carpets, peeling wallpaper in hallways, extremely slow elevators. No access to any canadian tv stations. Late breakfast service. For what i paid, which was well over $200 for a night, i expected more. Not sure i would stay here again

While this hotel is pretty dated, our room was clean. Some areas need attention such as air ventilation grates need dusting, curtains in rooms could be replaced (ours were torn at the top). Location was perfect! Walking distance to Clifton Hill and even the Falls. Our room faced Victoria Avenue so we were able to watch the fireworks from our window.
