"We booked this hotel 30 minutes prior to staying there for 3 nights due to an issue with our original hotel booked. They were super accommodating from the get go and when we had an issue with a noisy neighbour they moved our rooms and upgraded up, sending a bell bot to collect our luggage so we could still head out for the day. The hotel itself is in a perfect location, the breakfast was amazing (although busy, but this was handled well) the beds are very comfy and the rooms are spotless. Parking was expensive but it’s the same across the city and it was easy to get in and out of the underground car park and I felt my car was safe being left there. "
