"A good position for visting Bristol as there are buses nearby to get into the centre. Slight drawback was finding our way out of Cabot Circus car park by foot to the hotel. The car park only has one set of lifts! The hotel has a discount for 24 hour parking. A warm welcome when we checked in and we were allowed into our room early as it was ready. We were asked if we'd like a room at front or back. Our back room on the third floor was very quiet. The hotel was generally very quiet except for the music in the bar/restaurant area and we were amazed at breakfast to find how many poeple were staying there. The room (and the whole hotel ) was quite querky with interesting decor and fittings in the bedroom. Interesting to have a movement sensor under the bed which was good when going to the bathroom in the night. It only stayed on a minute which was just right. The help-yourself buffet breakfast was well laid out with plenty of choice. Staff were on hand if you couldn't find what you wanted. My husband has eyedrops for glaucoma and we were able to store these in the staff fridge for which we were extremely grateful. We would defintiely stay here if we came back to Bristol."

"Check in staff were friendly. Room seemed dated but that’s fine for the price, however there were issues. White stains on the brown cushions, shower head couldn’t be adjusted so was firing horizontally, and it was very hot and didn’t reduce in temperature when you turned the dial down, even all the way down. Hair dryer was unable to do hot air, only very slow cold air, TV was too outdated for the apps to work. Bed was fairly comfortable for the price, but noting special and the AC did work (eventually, after saying it was set to centrally controlled.) Parking is covered in the neighbouring shopping centre car park. Didn’t try the breakfast as seemed a tad expensive (£16). Not bad for the price, but these things would prevent me from returning unfortunately."

"Great self contained apartment in a super convenient central location near the coach station and cabot circus shopping centre. Easy walk to castle park and river. Kitchen has a microwave, toaster, kettle and stovetop plus a small fridge. Washing machine was very handy though a clothes drying rack would be useful too as there is no dryer. There is no lift so upper floors via stairs which may be more difficult for some especially with large luggage. Despite being close to things the apartment was quiet and it was great to be able to open the window for fresh air. Shower has decent pressure and a rain shower or hand held option. Simple self check in instructions were emailed and access was easy. Cleaning fee is paid via a link from the property as there is no-one there. Would definitely stay again"
