"Suburb location with plenty of shops close by"

"Extremely friendly and helpful staff at check in and check out (concierge desk). Did not use any other facilities. Room clean and modern. Limited tv channels. No pre notice that there is a crane in close proximity - which seemed to start early - around 7am. Didn’t wake me up, but aware of it when awake. Good location for Cabot’s Circus - shopping and restaurants Easy to drive into and convenient parking at the adjoining NCP parking "

"The room needs updating. We were put in the gloomy below road basement ( maybe because we had a lower price through expedia?) The receptionist on arrival was not welcoming & curt. Breakfast was good as was the waiting service there. "

"Check in OK, My room Key did not work 3 times I had to visit reception to get in then to find I had a connecting room, which I did NOT book or want went down again to see manager after being told the room type I booked was all connecting, It dose NOT say that on your web site only that connecting rooms are available. Now I know I will not book that room type but you should state that that is what they are. The manager moved me at no extra charge."

"The staff were so helpful and room was very clean. I had both breakfast and dinner at the Bistro, the food was so delicious! I would definitely stay here again if I came back to the Bristol. The building itself and window views were aesthetically pleasing."

"The bed was very uncomfortable. So much noise which is understandable being in the centre of Bristol. Nice and helpful staff just very basic rooms and the bed was just super uncomfortable."

"Good accommodation. Breakfast let it down. Good food but hot breakfast was only tepid each day. Gluten free bread was wrapped and had a separate toaster which was great. Could have done with information on visitor attractions nearby"
