"The room needs updating. We were put in the gloomy below road basement ( maybe because we had a lower price through expedia?) The receptionist on arrival was not welcoming & curt. Breakfast was good as was the waiting service there. "

"Check in OK, My room Key did not work 3 times I had to visit reception to get in then to find I had a connecting room, which I did NOT book or want went down again to see manager after being told the room type I booked was all connecting, It dose NOT say that on your web site only that connecting rooms are available. Now I know I will not book that room type but you should state that that is what they are. The manager moved me at no extra charge."

"Good accommodation. Breakfast let it down. Good food but hot breakfast was only tepid each day. Gluten free bread was wrapped and had a separate toaster which was great. Could have done with information on visitor attractions nearby"

"Awful as I specifically booked room with separate sofa bed weeks in advance but when I arrived they said sorry we dont have any left as all taken (two guys sharing so needed separate beds) - they blamed your booking as it didnt make it clear to them..."
