Great stay. The area was quiet, brilliant little coffee shop next door and easy access to the city. The hotel was clean and very quaint.

Location is perfect for the big tourist sites. Lots of new nice restaurants opening near by. But what really made our stay was the welcome from the friendly, helpful staff. Oh, the food is lovely and good value.

Good aircon, staff great and helpful. Really enjoyed the stay there. Going back again in two weeks.

Room was big and clean. Drinks in fridge and water provided daily. Staff are so helpful, giving advice and enabling us to make the most of our short time in Bangkok, nothing too much trouble. This property was in a perfect location and was very clean. Lots of places to eat and drink around it but also quite if you are not wanting to be right in the hustle and bustle, however it is a 1 minute walk away.

Place was clean with excellent staff service. They were attentive to our honeymoon and decorated the room for us complimentary. Our shower leaked slightly but overall great location and good standards.

Not the best for solo travellers. The communal areas are shared with a hotel and then is mostly families and groups. Best location for sightseeing. Would definitely recommend better than in Khao San Road.

We loved Aurum. The staff were really helpful with our queries (we needed to find some specific things for a wedding and they were spot on lending assistance to Farang in need). The location is perfect for pretty much everything - walking distance to the Grand Palace and Wat Pho, plenty of taxis for further afield. River view is highly recommended. Breakfast outside was lovely, loads of choice and delicious (and good portions). Really restful location. Would stay there again.

Super smart small boutique hotel on the river in a great location to explore Bangkok. Great rooftop pool, lovely spacious clean rooms and funky art vibe. Perfect for us.

Small, friendly and lovely hotel, a couple of minutes’ walk from Sam Yot MRT station but quiet (especially the rooms at the back) and peaceful. The street it is on also has a bakery, steamed bun shop, 7-11 and fantastic local food stalls/restaurants. There are lots of road works outside and around the park next door (as of July 2026); getting to the station will be a delight when they are gone. Really enjoyable stay- very clean hotel with super helpful staff. Really close to Kaohsan and Ram Buttri, so lots to do on the doorstep!
