Amazing staff and beautiful hotel. Super convenient being attached to the mall. The car service to and from the airport is a must! They walk you from the car all the way through to checking in and point you to your gate. Removed a lot of stress not knowing the airport. Totally worth the higher price of a regular taxi.

The staff was absolutely fantastic! Special mention to all the people working in the breakfast room. Ruby is a sweet heart. Chacha was super nice as well. Just an all-round great stay. Great room, nice pool, cool architecture. Will definitely come back.

We arrived at 530pm and the room was not ready. They made us wait in a bar for 30mins without complimentary drink as if they did nothing wrong. Did not even try to apologize. Location of the hotel is good but hospitality is equal to 3 star hotel
