When we arrive in the accomdation the Thai staff is not friendly and they don't know how to speak English, they are not approachable, the hotel policies and rules are terrible, imagine the key card for the room need to have a money deposit while you are check in, no available bath towel, soap and potable drinking water, and also their is a time limit for the room air conditioning, no available refrigerator for the left over foods, the Internet connection is too slow and most of all the accomdation guest reception is dark and no proper ventilation in short the the area is too hot , I can't imagine how the receptionist survives in that area, in my own opinion the accomdation should provide a proper equipments for the convenience for their guests.
