"My stay at the Banff Inn was good. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable (although my husband found it a bit too soft). The front desk staff were polite and professional. One point to note is that parking was not included; the hotel description mentioned that parking was available, but did not specify that it required payment. This was fine for me, but paid underground parking may be inconvenient for some guests. Additionally, the hotel is a bit far from most of Banff’s shops, restaurants, and commercial areas. It’s within walking distance — about a 15-minute walk from the start of the main commercial area — but it’s something to keep in mind if you prefer to be closer (or during winter, that walk in a -25 degree Celsius can be challenging - in our case :D ). Overall, my experience was positive. I would recommend the Banff Inn and would consider staying there again in the future."
