A great hotel in a great location. The hotel was great value and the staff were really helpful. All in all I would certainly recommend to anyone.

A well located hotel opposite the Royal Palace and within walking distance of the main sites in Madrid. The room we had was spacious and clean and well equipped. The only thing missing for us as Brits was milk to put in the cup of tea we were able to make in the room but this was not a problem for us personally as there was a small shop close by. The property was 2 mins walk from Plaza Mayor with all the restaurants and history, and the location allowed easy walkable access to historic Madrid. A short walk down a street took you to a taxi rank so easy for airport run. Breakfast reasonabke price and good selection.

A novel way of checking in, however it worked perfectly. The apartment was very central, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It had everything you could possibly want. Well equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Highly recommend it.

Stayed at this hotel for four nights and found it located very conveniently to central parts of Madrid. The standard of the room was great for what I paid and I could not have asked for more. No issues. Staff was helpful and I appreciated that I was allowed to leave my baggage with the hotel after I had checked out. They had a system for that in place that I felt I could trust. Breakfast was pretty good and the coffee was great quality Nespresso. Overall, I would not mind staying here again.

A great hotel in the centre of Madrid. Friendly staff, clean rooms and a nice choice for breakfast at extra cost. Close to Santo Domingo metro station and all the main tourist areas.

Excellent location, room and service. My room was very big, cleaned and comfortable. Staff was helphul and very nice. The hotel is in Madrid centre. There are coffe shops, restaurants, shops, supermarket nrxt to the hotel.

Good hostel for meeting friends nas very clean

The hotel was very closed to the Palacio Real and Gran via street. The views from our room were brilliant. The staff were very polite and helpful and the room was very clean.

Amazing place to stay

Lovely hotel, staff could not have done more for me! Breakfast was good quality and good value. The room was clean and well maintained. Yes the bathroom could have used a little love, this in no way put a dampner on my stay. Great location - as a single female traveller I felt safe at all times

Excellent experience, we will definitely stay here again if we’re back in Madrid. You could tell that the management pays significant attention to detail - from the Dyson hairdryer to the local lavender candy. The breakfast was a good spread too, highly recommend!

My wife and I enjoyed a four night stay with breakfast included. It was the perfect stay and the hotel made our holiday. Would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast is superb and such great value for money.

Everything great. Perfect location, great staff, cool rooftop, views are nice. But could have a smart tv/casting. Also some space next to bathroom sink - kind of awkward.
