The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly however the hotel itself is poorly maintained and the cleanliness of the rooms was poor. The hotel cleary is showing its age and needs renovations

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in! The staff was so friendly and attentive. The room was immaculate. You could not ask to be in a better location in Madrid because everything was in walking distance. The breakfast in the hotel was amazing. There were so many food options.
