"The location of this property cannot be better - within a few minute walking distance to Sol and Opera metro stations and the major landmarks. The room was clean and updated and staff member was so helpful. "I loved staying here. Very clean, great location, beautiful but most importantly the staff. Pedro, Ali, Julio, Jaime, Cristina, , Daniel also Juan and Jorge Luis and Sashi at the restaurant. I felt as if I was with family. They are so nice, kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel is brand new. They seemed very happy to work in such a lovely place. I will stay here from now on. "

"I just stayed for 4 nights in mid April. I had a nice, clean double bed room on the 8th floor overlooking the main road. Loved the view! Breakfast was decent every day. There was a nice variety of fresh fruit, meats, and bread. My only complaint is that the roof top terrace was only half open to guests during our stay. The side with the best city and sunset views was closed the entire time. I think it’s a seasonal thing, but I was very disappointed. Most of the rooftop pics you see online are from the side that is closed! The pool was also closed, even though it was sunny and temps were in the 70s every day. I believe I saw that it doesn’t open until May 1. I would stay again. The location was excellent. "
