"Staff is very attentive at the front desk and both room service and breakfast have a variety of quality options. Staff at breakfast is quick and friendly. The hotel is in a great location for metro and hitting Gran Via for sight seeing and museums. Makes hitting museums or sights/events further out incredibly easy and front desk is available 24/7, each time I had a question they made sure to get a complete and helpful answer. Recommend this place if you have several places to go around Madrid and want breakfast to be a meal you dont need to worry about. Room service is also high quality and speedy if you don't feel like going out one night too!"

"The staff was excellent. I had a roll in shower due to me being in a wheelchair but there was no grab bar . The hotel installed one for me!!! I ate the breakfast and it is well worth the price. The location is great too. Overall I had a great experience "

"We splurged on our last night in Madrid and stayed at the Only You Boutique Hotel. The staff is as friendly and gorgeous as the rooms are! The entire hotel is set decorated like a Wed Anderson film (but less annoying — lol). Location is pretty spectacular — close to everything we wanted to see. We were tired in the evening and decided to eat at the hotel restaurant — a wonderful dinner served by a very attentive staff with excellent wine choices. The rooms were clean, spacious and ours, being a corner room, had a breath-taking view of two of the beautiful old-world charm streets (and two bathrooms — spoiled!). Breakfast was mouthwatering — an endless supply of delicious treats, both warm and chilled. Well worth staying at when staying upscale, without worrying about pretension!"

"Very helpful staff and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. Rooms very clean and hotel also very clean. Well situated for the Metro (O’Donnell or Goya) and a short distance to the Retiro gardens. Easy to get to from the airport on Bus 203 (5 Euro per person when we took it). Lots of places to eat nearby & hotel food really good. Check out the cafes and bars in Goya. Gym small but plenty of apparatus - treadmill, 3 bikes, X-trainer, weights machine and weights. Highly recommend this hotel for visiting Madrid."
