Arden Trip

The room was excellent, clean and the furniture was awesome. Room was cleaned daily, the property was very clean and nice. The only bad thing was the resort fees. They were higher than they stated in Expedia and they kept $30 more the the price the hotel told me. Food was great also. I would definitely stay there again.

I really enjoy this hotel and all the amenities it had to offer. My only suggestion is to check in early those lines are long.

Everything about Planet Hollywood was excellent. It was very clean and at a perfect location. Every kind of food and shopping was right there as well as a variety of shows. I would highly recommend this resort.

Always a great experience

Spent two nights at this resort with my family. At check in I was able to upgrade to a room that was newly remodeled and had a nice city view. The room did appear clean however I found little flying insects in our bathroom shower after our first night which had I discovered this when we first arrived I would have asked for another room but we had already unpacked and nearing the end of our stay. In addition, the guest services staff were pretty aggressive in attempting to lure guests into their timeshare sales presentation which I ultimately declined. Not planning to stay at this resort again. Many other options to choose from in Las Vegas.
