"It is one of the nicer places we’ve stayed recently. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and welcoming. Room was very good. Free breakfast was very good too "

"Easy check-in and out. The staff were efficient and confident. Our room was better than expected as the two queen beds were very comfy. We had two sinks one in the bathroom and one outside. We had a small outside deck with two chairs overlooking a grassy area. It’s about 12 minutes to Newport during the day due to traffic but only 7 minutes home at 9 pm or after."

"Perfect location for a Newport visit without being downtown. The shuttle service is a huge plus. Restaurants in the area are walkable (1/2 mile) as well the beach and Cliff walk. Room was good, bed comfortable and good water pressure in the shower. Would stay here again. "
